Plank pose, within the knot, is started sitting in the silk. Bring both legs up, rotate so that your back is resting on just one of the live ends of the silk. Bring the silk so that it rests on one shoulder, bring that same side leg (ie. if the silk is on your right shoulder, you bring your right leg) up, with foot flexed, stack your opposite side leg on top of your other leg. Push your legs straight out while simultaneously grabbing up above your shoulder. Straighten your body and arch your back. You can bring your opposite side leg up bent or straight in the air.
