About the Author

Elisabeth is an Aerialist with more than 5 years of aerial training. She specializes in Aerial Silk, but also enjoys Lyra, Static Trapeze, Pole and Corde Lisse.
She trained originally in her hometown of Vancouver, BC, Canada. She started at the Vancouver Circus School where she enjoyed receiving amazing instruction from quality teachers from many different backgrounds. After taking a break from aerial for a few years she returned in 2015 and is now teaching at a studio near her home in Northern California.
She other hobbies include cooking, baking, yoga, and the occasional horseback ride.
