Knot Mounts

There are many ways to mount into a knot, depending on the height of the knot and the participants skill level, there are many to choose from. Just like aerial hoop/lyra, there are many ways to get up and in.
One leg hook: Hold the silks above the knot, one in each had, infront of yourself. Invert/kick up in between the two silks and hook one leg.
Double leg hook: Hold the silks above the knot, one in each had, infront of yourself. Invert/kick up and bring both legs between the two silks, and hook both legs on one side.
Stomach Mount: Hold the silks above the knot, one in each had, infront of yourself. Invert/kick up and bring both legs between the two silks, follow all the way through, not hooking, to bring your body all the way through, ending on your stomach.
Side Mount: hold onto one side of the silk  with both hands, above the knot. Invert/kick up with legs straddling and the knot between your legs, hook one leg from the outside in between the two silks above the knot, then rotate your body around to find yourself laying stomach down with the knot between your crotch, in the knot.
Straddle: Hold the silks above the knot, one in each had, infront of yourself. Straddle up/back, then hook both legs on the silks just above the knot, and end in knee hang.
