Bicycle Climb

Bicycle climb starts with a wrap for classic climb, then you take your opposite side leg and wrap it once and flex your foot, push that opposite foot out forward, then pull the left foot back behind you to let the silk fall of of that foot while remaining on the other. (*note the video does not show a clear release of the silk from the first foot*). After this you do the same, alternating sides.
